Information only

The site describes our services for general information. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any work we do for you, including data preparation, data licensing and model work, is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Examples marked as such are illustrative and do not describe real clients or projects.

Intellectual property

The text, design and logo on this site belong to DATAONEARTH LTD or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

The satellite and space photographs come from NASA and the US Geological Survey and are credited in the footer. They are used under NASA's media guidelines and do not belong to us. Their use does not imply any endorsement by NASA or the USGS.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it runs, introduce malicious code or send spam or automated submissions through the contact form.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our liability

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
